I have pain in the muscles, ligaments, and tendons.
Some peoples with fibromyalgia say that they ache all over. Their muscles may feel like they were pulled or overworked. On my bad days it feels like someone is walking hard on my back and shoulders. I also have muscle switches and burning sensations |

I have days when it hurts all the time and days when I have hardly any pain. I know I hurt more during times when the weather is cold, snowy or when there is a lot of rain. I notice a difference with more pain when the barometric pressure goes down as well. I feel best in cool, dry weather which in New England where I live is in the late Fall and late Winter which is a small window of time usually.
