Default Gulf War syndrome? - 12-16-2008, 02:28 PM

I am doing a report on gulf war syndrome. i just need someone to explain the reasons why it is significant to foreign policy. how does it demonstrate that weapons of mass destruction can have effect without combat? and how does it show the limits of science to settle policy disputes?

Gulf War Syndrome has no effect on foreign policy. The argument for effectiveness of the threat of WMD depends on whether you believe GWS to actually exist or if you accept that only a small percentage of soldier had adverse effects to NAPS and innoculations. The advocation of science to setlle policy disputes has nothing to do with the effects of GWS. GWS (if you accept it exists) is the direct result of military threats and intervention to enforce home/foreign policy.
