Are you live 100 and that time you fit and healthy then doing regular exercise like yoga and running is really best exercise to maintain more nice health very well. Avoid more bad habits like smoking and drinking and avoid more fatty and oily food.

Avoid smoking and drinking. The toxins in alcohol and cigarettes can be very bad for your skin. In fact, smokers' skin is classify by premature aging. Wrinkles start forming really quickly while drinkers usually have to manage with both wrinkles and skin discolorations.
