1. Not so much what time they sleep, but that they get enough sleep. Usually it's about 8 hours a day and sleep at the same time.2. Eating right includes making sure to eat foods from all four food groups. Eating in moderation and making sure to eat the right amount and number of servings. e.g. 5-10 servings of vegetables and fruits. Essential nutrients include Calcium, Fibre, foods that contain anti-oxidants, omega 3 fatty acids, etc. Foods to avoid would include anything with saturated fats, food high sugar, etc.3. Exercising at least 3 x a week for about 20 minutes or more each time. Exercises include aerobic (cardio) and toning/weight baring exercises (weights)4. Other things that contribute to good health - finding ways to relieve stress (that goes with exercising), being happy, surrounding yourself with people you love and enjoy being around, surrounding yourself with friends and laughter... lots of laughter will extend your lifespan. Avoid negative feelings. Don't bottle up anger inside... vent, talk to someone. Being sad and angry can shorten your lifespan.
