hah thats funny, well hit up ur gym ive noticed lately that if i dont go work out i get cravings, but when i do i dont because i guess i like think hmm if i eat something right now ill have to make up for it next time with an extra hour at the gym so i only get my protein shake, n when i dont work out i dont care what i eat its especially helpful if ur gyms big cause u c other ppl n u wanna look better
