If your work mates are going and you want to go along, go ahead but don’t order the burger or french fries. Go for a nice salad instead. Or any other healthy meal that takes your fancy. Junk food is full of “empty calories” that do nothing for your body but put on extra unneeded and unhealthy fat.

Juices, soda, cream & sugar in your coffee or tea all add up. Opt for drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day. In addition to providing hydration to your body, it will also help you feel full.

Most authorities recommend 30 - 60 minutes of physical activity a day to stay healthy. Also try addfing weight-bearing exercises at least 2 times a week.s

Fruits and vegetables are packed with beneficial fibers, vitamins and antioxidants.They fill up your stomach fast so you feel full earlier. They are also low in calories and helps to keep your calorie count low.

1. Enjoy a pint of water first thing in the morning.
2. Grab a few fresh fruits on your way out.
3. Avoid going to junk food shops with your work mates.
4. Exercise on the go.
5. Drink herbal teas.
6. Eat a handful of nuts.
7. Say yes to freshly squeezed juice.
8. Deep breathing.

Hello,

My health suggestion is Eat healthy food, exercise daily, drink enough water, take 7-8 hour sleep and always smile for tension free life.

Have a heavy breakfast & remainder of the meals avoid overeating. Exercise makes you feel lovely, & keep you motivated to do other things well. A team from the University of Singapore recently discovered that the smell of chocolate chip cookies.Educate yourself & your relatives. Learn how to cook healthy meals for your kids & your relatives.

In my opinion for keeping ourself healthy we have to follow below tips:

1. Eating fruits daily.
2. Avoid junk foods.
3. Regular exercise
4. Drink herbal teas.
5. Drinking Juice

1)My best tip is to stay active, jogging, walking, swimming...
2) Water
3) Healthy and natural food
4) Use less of medicine and more of natural herbal remedies
