The first step towards a healthier lifestyle is keeping a positive attitude and enjoying all the little things.

Eating healthy is of course important: fresh fruits and vegetables, "good fats", avoiding processed foods, there are tons of ways to make sure you're eating properly and giving your body all the nutrients it needs.

Exercising is part of a healthy lifestyle, but unless you turn it into something fun you might perceive it as a chore and avoid it. Try to transform exercising into a social experience: meet your best friend for a swim or take your kids out in the park, there are many ways to stay active. Also, don't obsess too much over your body image, mental health is just as important as physical health. Forget what magazines tell you about ideal weight or height and don't attach your self esteem to a number. It's of course important to weight yourself because you have to control your weight, but use a Quantum scale instead of your regular scale, it doesn't display a number, but simply informs you of any changes in your body.

Living a healthy lifestyle is all about feeling good about yourself so be sure to compliment yourself everyday.

There are many tips to be healthy lifestyle tips:
Sleep 6-8 hours
Exercise Daily about 30-60 minutes.
Positive outlook
Don't smoke or drink alcohol
Do Meditation to reduce stress.
Drink 8-10 glasses of water daily.
Laugh daily.
Get out side and spend your time in open air.

I think it is easy to get healthy lifestyle.

Just control on your eating. do excersice daily. Take good diet and Improve mood and reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression

Maintain more nice healthy lifestyle is really difficult for all. So eating more healthy food and avoid more fatty and oily food. Doing regular exercise is also most important for all.
