Along with exercise, make sure you see a doctor each year for an annual physical. This is more important in women, but men should be seeing a doctor every 2-3 years to make sure there are no big health concerns.


Surround yourself with a strong support network, or a group of people who will be there for you and participate in a healthy lifestyle as well.


Your family and friends can help you to have fun and enjoy life.


Create a good balance between work and play.

  • Help maintain flexibility as you age
  • Maintain bone mass
  • Prevent osteoporosis and fractures

  • Enhance self esteem
  • Improve memory in elderly people
  • Reduce stress

1.Educate yourself and your family. Learn how to cook healthy meals for your children and your family.
2. If you are starting a strict diet, try to get the support from your family and friends. The more informed people around you are the more you can count on them to support you in your pursue of a healthy lifestyle.
3. The third tip is to quit all those nasty unhealthy habits. Smoking, drinking, drugs, chewing tobacco, whatever your vice may be quit now. You are in charge of your health and living a healthier lifestyle means getting rid of the things that may kill you.
4.Exchange of oxygen and carbon dioxide is one of the best things we can do for our blood and cells.

In a world filled with increasing hustle and bustle, many people have turned to fast food to help necessitate the needs of their busy day. However, in doing this, many people are sacrificing the healthy nutrition necessary to keeping your body in its best working order.To continue with our overview of the physical component of self mastery, it goes without saying that walking is a valuable aerobic exercise - but you have options. You can use a bicycle for nice days, or use indoor aerobic exercise equipment for use on inclement weather days.
My personal favorite is the elliptical trainer. Elliptical trainers allow you to cross train - they are very low impact exercise equipment - you use upper and lower body - and they don’t cause excessive wear in your joints. Elliptical trainers provide a weight bearing workout that tones muscle, adds to bone density, and burns more calories than an exercise bike.
Some of my clients have literally shed weight away with regular use of an elliptical trainer, Yoga classes, and a moderate diet. That leads into the next aspect of physical health: your diet.
Diet has to be moderate and something you can live with. If your diet causes you to be depressed, you can’t stick with it, due to your mental health. However, that doesn’t justify a “junk food” diet.
So where do you start? Look at your diet now and make moderate adjustments. Don’t get pulled into a “fad diet” that insults your intelligence and causes rapid weight loss. Most clients gain all that weight back, and then some, after they get off the quick fix diet. Hence the nickname, “yo-yo diets”, is a suitable label.

There are the different way to leave a healthy life style is as below.
The first thing is to eat a balanced diet. Eat more fruits and vegetables, get rid of high-sugar, processed foods. Therefore, the second, taking vitamins and minerals help your body work properly. The fourth thing to do is exercise. Exercise makes you feel good, and keep you motivated to do other things well.

you have to follow these rules if you wanna healthy lifestyle

1.Sleep well
2.Alcohol: Go Lite
3.Give Your Diet a Berry Boost
4.Get Dirty -- and Stress Less
5.Floss Daily
6.AND MOSTLY Get Outside to Exercise for this you have to lose your belly fat beacuse its looks so bad.
