Eat properly cooked and chew your food so that it should be easy to digest. And eat small portions of food that may be digest by our body in 2-3 hours. After that have next portion after 3-4 hours. This shall help in regulating your metabolism at good speed.

Do not deprive yourself. If and when you do, you eat because you think you owe it to yourself and there will be no control.
