Default How do you get skinny without dieting? – 07-03-2009, 08:14 PM

I tried the dieting before, and after only a week I’d binge eat like crazy. I NEED to eat real food. I know portion control is key, but I never know how much is too much, so sometimes I’ll eat too much or too little.

Its easy to do this, If you have pounds around the middle that won’t go away no matter what, you may want to consider an enema, or a nutritional supplement especially designed to clean out those excess foods and gunk previously mentioned in step 1. It can melt pounds away.

Eat foods regularly that contains a vitamin c that will help you to get rid of the pimples on you face and also used to glow you skin,alovera is good for the skill it makes your skin soft and shiny.

Stay away from fast food places, and junk foods.

Switch your food choices over to high fiber vegetables and fresh fruits.
Do not go hungry. Eat LOTS of vegetables, plus small portion of meat.
Drink water. Drink water all day long. Coffee or soda do not count.
Drink more water.

Get off the couch, or away from the computer more often.
Put some energy into that short walk, or task of cleaning your area.

Excess weight will start to melt off very soon.

well there is no short cut to achieve gud health or reducing weight
go for traditional way like exercising regularly eating fresh vegetables nd fruits
running nd skipping is also gud for weight loss.

I agree with SandieJane. You need to stay away from junk food and drink plenty of water about 2 liters a day. It is recommended that you eat 5 or 6 times a day. That is breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack in between. A tip from a nutritionist that I heard before was to eat a salad before every meal to help control overeating and that the meat should be the size of the palm of the hand of the person that will be eating it and it should be as thick as a deck of cards.

I’ve lost weight with reductil slimming pills, lost 10 kg in 3 months and No dieting, just healthy food, lot of water and fresh fruits, vegetables…
