30 minutes per day can do wonders. One day work on your buts, one day on arms, another day on abs and in only few months you can look great and feel even better

yes, 30 minute exercise daily is enough for a healthy body.One should take care of the things like when to execute it, for eg one can exercise early in the morning or in the evening time after 2-3 hours of eating.

My exercise plan is like :

30 min walking at morning And 30 min exercise and i really feel healthy by this exercise…

Maximun 1 hour is enough for the exercise. It is enough time for keep healthy, and in week one day is for rest, no exercise on these day.
