How to exercise without going to a gym?

Default How to exercise without going to a gym? – 01-04-2009, 09:19 AM

I normally go to a boxing gym to get my exercise in but recently my working patterns are making this very difficult. I live in a very small apartment and can’t really make much noise. I also can’t really go jogging outside because I live in a bit of a rough area and would only be home at night. I can’t afford to go to a gym that would be open during the late nights, How can I get my exercise in? I hate it when I can’t exercise and really need some tips on how to do it indoors.

As long as you have enough room to hula-hoop, your fine. It’s a great work-out. Do it while your watching tv or listening to music. Crunches don’t take up much space either and are really great.

Try yoga, It is very rewarding to your mind and body.Plus it is done very quietly.

move into my flat… i have a running machine you can use anytime….and a glider that you can use any time…..

Squats – This works out your leg muscles. First stand with your weights in hand and arms on your sides and slightly separate your feet from each other. Keep them straight and lined up. Then straightened your back to maintain proper posture. Then slowly go down and back up. Keep up once a week.

Exercise is the most important part to reduce fat yoga is a best exercises to lose tummy fat.and walking is a good exercise do your exercise daily in 30 minutes. healthy diet is most important to your reduce weight

Yoga is the best exercise. You do not need go to gym for yoga exercise. You can learn yoga exercise so easily and do it at your home. Yoga exercise is so useful for several disease. Yoga exercise has no any side effects.
