Nowadays living healthy life is the most important thing you can do for yourself and meditation is the best source and helps you to lead a healthy life. Here are some tips to help you get your started.

1) Maintain a healthy weight: You need to lose the excess weight which you are carrying around. By doing exercises and meditation you can lose your weight and can avoid health problems like headache, diabetes, heart attack, and more.

2) Eat a healthy well balanced diet: You should follow a well balanced diet to live healthy. Also don’t go overboard on the grains and fruits though because they have more carbohydrates.

3) Exercise regularly: Exercise helps your cells to use insulin and it also helps your muscles to grow and allows your heart to stay healthy.

4) Reduce stress: Practice meditation or other relaxation techniques to help relieve stress. Stress can cause minor and major problems ranging from heart burn to heart attack. Learn to relieve stress to live longer.

5) Get adequate rest: Sleep is very important to your overall health. Sleeping enough will give you more energy, keep you healthy, and just make you feel better all around.

If you want to live a healthy life then daily exercise is the best solution , you have to do it at least 1 hour daily or you can do Yoga. Exercise will increased flexibility and joint range of motion which is helpful for better health.

Tips for living healthy life:
1. Set a flexible goal & stick to it.
2.Track your progress with a fitness and/or diet journal.
3. No more late night eating.
4. Begin eating breakfast, even if it is something small.
5. Know when you need a snack and what kind.
6. Things to cut out completely:
7. Pull that bicycle out of the dust.
8. Get a buddy.
9. Try to avoid most lotions in department stores.
