Pre natal vitamins are extra packed, try zinc, Vit K and iron, and red tea. Also the vitamin B family is a great booster. It is important to get your Vit D, you need outside sunlight along with D to get your body to absorb it.

Well, there are only a few vitamins specifically that help with the immune system, and that's primarily Vitamins A, C, and E because they are antioxidants. However, in the whole realm of supplements, there are many more options like Colostrum, Mushrooms (Maitake, Shiitake, and Reishi), IP-6 (Inositol Hexaphosphate), Beta Glucans, Elderberry, Echinacea (should be taken short-term only), and any antioxidants. It's also good to make sure you are eating a proper diet, getting enough sleep, and doing at least some form of exercise (even if it's walking around) at least a few times a week. That's the basic way to stay healthy in general, but if you find that you are getting sick more often than you would like, I'd go for some of those supplements. Good luck!

I have a really weak immune system too, and get sick a lot, But I started taking Women'ss 1 a day vitamins, with a Vitamin C tablet, and a capsule of echinacea, a few months ago, and already notice a difference in how I feel.ThWomen'sns one a day provides:Bone Strength with more Calcium, more Vitamin D and MagnesiumBreast Health with more Vitamin DHeart Health with Vitamins B6, B12, C, E and Folic AcidA Healthy Reproductive System with Folic Acid, Magnesium, Zinc and Calcium. Provides nutritional support during PMS and menopauseHealthy Skin with Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Copper and IronVitamin C tablets; I get the chewable, I usually take 2-3 a day, some people say thats too much, but truth is, your body will just discard anything it doesnt use, so if you take more, you are sure to get the right amount!!And echinacea should be taken in monthly periods, one month on, one month off, this will build your immune system over a short period of time, but you dont want to take it all the time because you could become immune to it, and it wouldnt have any affect.I think its the best way to get everything you need! Good Luck!
