there is no quick way. it will take time.Squats, leg press, lunges. Cross-train one day a week for 30-60 min with a bike or swimming.Also, when you run, do different types of runs. Speed running, etc.. incorporate a day of 4x100 meter sprints. Of course, warm up by doing a light 2 mile jog, followed y stretching before you sprint.Like I said, it takes time...running is dedication and a way of life...stick to it and your legs will be iron in a few years.
