you are asking whether all women experience the symptoms typical of menopause, the answer is no. While most women do experience some kind of symptoms when hormone production by the ovaries declines, the extent and type of symptoms are extremely varied among different women. Not all women will experience symptoms of menopause in the same way.
When I was a 16 year old callow youth with as much knowledge about sex amid women as you have about, say, the Reproductive System of the Lesser Wombat, I was (gratefully) seduced by a 56 year old Lady. Since I was such a bumbling and ignorant incompetent, to this day I remain eternally grateful for her kindness and expertise.
I remember asking her once, 'how come you act like a young girl..? aren't you supposed to be staid and inactive as you get older..?'
she laughed and said, 'not me baby..! so shut up and kneel down again...!'
clearly, menopause was something that passed her by without her noticing it. and her teaching me about what to do to make your partner happy was something that not every male learns and that's a shame. because you get what you give in a relationship. that old moody blues line says it all:
all the love you've been giving,
has all been meant for you.
