Default What are good and bad things for your mental health? - 12-22-2008, 04:34 AM

I need to know some good and bad things for your mental health. I have to show examples of good things for your mental health. But then also what is bad for your mental health. I need things that are easy to draw.If anyone can help me, that would be great.Thank you.

drugs, lack of self esteem, getting picked on, having no one to talk to or not having guidance, cutting, self isolation, shutting the world out

dwelling on things too much can cause you to mentally lock up or become fixated with the past. Hugs can be good for you, give confidence and self esteem plus physical contact can release endorphines into the brain, making us feel good

Some good things for mental health might be martial arts, yoga, swimming, family interaction, accomplishing meaningful goals, a glass of wine next to the swimming pool on a hot summer night, and meditating to calm music.

My Opinion, Drugs are definitely bad for mental health. Yoga, fitness training, swimming is really good for mental health.

Agree yoga is most helpful not only for mental health but for healthier life yoga is most important..
