Stress is one of the main causes of poor mental health. When you're stressed, your body has to work harder to keep and overtime, it takes its toll on your body and your brain. The next time something stressful happens, try lighting some candles and taking a bath. If that's not working for you, try to let off steam by going to the gym or go for a run.
