what are the best nutrition to help prevent or cure endometriosis and nutrition to help a woman fertile?.?

My wife suffers from en do. She is a vegetarian. We ended up using fertility treatments and have two healthy children. We know of no nutritionally based treatments for en do. Good luck to you!

No nutrition based treatment known.Fertility of women can be prolonged by Vutamin E or hormone treatment

First, there is no prevention, nor any absolute cure for Endometriosis (not pregnancy, not hysterectomy, not menopause, not dietary, not alternative, not surgical, not medical, or otherwise).

There are, however, many treatments which can help somewhat alleviate or temporarily relieve symptoms in some women and girls. Nutrition is one approach many have used successfully in order to obtain some relief.

The nutritional approach is very detailed and individualized, and henceforth is too involved to get into here; however, here are some links that you can peruse and learn more:

There is no pr oven prevention for or cure of optometrists. There are natural approaches to make it more tolerable though or go into what I call recession (where you have no symptoms).

In addition to what "en do" suggested I would also recommend:
Endometriosis-A Holistic Healing Guide.

My experience has been that it helps to eat:
-lots of vegetables and fruits
-not much meat (especially if it's not organic since it probably has hormones added to it)
-and avoid eating tons of sugary foods like soda, candy, etc.

I would also recommend taking vitamins (particularly vitamin e, evening primrose oil, EPA oil, and chaste berry) as well as a multivitamin. Try different things. There is no right answer to optometrists, different approaches work for different women.
