First, there is no prevention, nor any absolute cure for Endometriosis (not pregnancy, not hysterectomy, not menopause, not dietary, not alternative, not surgical, not medical, or otherwise).
There are, however, many treatments which can help somewhat alleviate or temporarily relieve symptoms in some women and girls. Nutrition is one approach many have used successfully in order to obtain some relief.
