This is an incredibly broad question.

Malnutrition can interfere with hormone production, immune systems, growth..you name it.

Not getting enough vitamins will make it so nutrients can't be absorbed correctly. For example if you don't get enough Vitamin D you can drink 50 cartons of milk and still not get calcium from it.

If you are woman and if your body fat is too low it will interfere with your menstrual cycle.

If you don't have enough glucose you can go into hypoglycemic shock whereas your brain doesn't have enough glucose to function.

You might want OT ask this question again with a more specific question...

it greatly affects ones health....i once had a eating disorder and i just started getting so weak...my electrolytes were all messed up...i would pass out...my teeth had to be fixed and finally over the years at younger years i had to have false teeth...bones break easier and you are really able to catch anything more easily...a person should really try and eat nutritionally and they will feel better and not have so many problems later in years...i know this from experience...you do not know the damage you are doing to your body at the time...until it is to late...

I love this open ended question!
I've always felt if we as human beings ever really met all of our bodies nutritional needs, we could access that extra 96-98% of our brain!
Since man was able to rationalize that we were a bunch of talking 'nickle daggers', floating through space on a beautiful rock, we have been basically 'testing' every kind of plant, animal, rock, substance that didn't immediately kill us, just to feel good!
Hunger hurts....eat..feel better...Grog need more!....Plant good...make Grog feel fAnny good!...Greg..eat rock....."hey! anybody seen Grog?!"
We are still in the Dark ages so to speak about our bodies and the brains nutritional needs! We have yet to chart our DNA!
It's a case of learning how to solve a complex problem with absolutely no previous training or a manual to go by!
If you feel better it must be good and if your buddy drops dead then it's not good.
Oh...Good Luck with figuring out what a complex bio-computer your spirit walks around in! If you're good you'll see me again if not....well.... READ the BOOK!
Our creator knew if he gave us all the answers that we would get bored and annihilate ourselves sooner.

Proper nutrition is a way of life that allows you to be as mentally and physically healthy as possible. Benefits of proper nutrition are Improved Energy, weight maintenance, healthy heart, healthy brain, improved immune system etc. In my opinion fruits and vegetable juices are one of the great sources of nutrition. Implement juices in your diet plan and stay healthy.

Nutrition is very important for healthy and well being. We must have the required nutrition; poor nutrition results in many health issues.

Having enough nutrition improves eye-sight, immunity, reduces the risk of diabetes, maintains blood pressure level etc.

Whole grains are a good source of this nutrient, which can help keep your bowels and heart healthy, but avoid refined and processed fiber products, such as white bread, as they hold less nutritional value than whole grains
