Eating small frequent meals help to balance your calorie intake throughout the day and also keeps your blood sugar level balanced. Instead of eating 3 big meals, try to eat 5 - 6 smaller meals throughout the day.

Potato's are super healthy. They have carbs, protein, and a ton of vitamins! Tomato's, squash, and sweet potato also are highly nutritious. I like meat too though. A nice steak would be great to go with the potato.

Personally I try not to list what's good for me, I like to use my own judgement: Anything in a packet that doesn't look fresh or colourful I try to get away from, and also anything that's been refined or through some sort of machine. Sticking to things that are 'whole' might be a good idea, like wholemeal, brown rice, unrefined sugar etc etc.

If you stick to natures bounty, then I think you'll be okay (I say think, because there's still stuff like marijuana that I personally would avoid..), just make sure it's clean and washed.

BUT don't get too OCD about it, something 'unhealthy' every now and again won't cause you much harm, much like eating an apple once every month if you're overweight won't do you much good.. In moderation (like so many say..) is key.
