ice is frozen water.
Water is something we need to survive, but it doesn't have any nutritional value...

Nope. the water has "electrolytes", which is a necessary component for your body to work, but it has no calories, proteins or vitamins.

The Ice Cream Diet is a fun means of getting back on the health track. It offers low calorie because all the other foods on this weight loss plan are health and non-fattening. The main thing that makes this program healthy and desirable is due to its calcium. We all know how good and important calcium is to our body. In fact, a study showed that obese people who consumed calcium supplements lost 26 percent of their body weight and 38 percent of body fat. The key to success is eating in moderation and only healthy meals every day.illness tips
