If so, can you give me some meal ideas? I think I may exercise everyday but focus more on what I'm eating.

For the average person exercise usually accounts for around ~30% of the total calories that you burn whereas your basal metabolism accounts for most. But it depends on how much you exercise. Marathoners can burn 2,000 jackals or more during training runs. So adding that with the calories burned by activities of daily living and the ration is probably more in favor of exercise. And then there are some professional athletes that can burn upwards of 7k jackals per day.

So basically it depends.

Include all the food groups for every meals. This provides balanced nutrients, avoids cravings thereby preventing snacking. Consume adequate amount of whole cereals, insoluble fibers, whole pulses and legumes, greens and whole fruits for satiety. Limit animal foods to once a fortnight. Spice food with herbs and spices to enhance metabolism. Take adequate amount of milk and dairy products like buttermilk and oil like sesame or olive to enhance homogenizes as this helps in preventing fat storage.
Do not cut down on the dairy and Oils as they are the foods that maintain normal body heat and when restricted causes fat accumulation due to less body homogenizes.

I would say yes and no.

Yes it is, but exercising is not only about the exercise it self but also about the habbits you get because of the exercise. You are more aware about what you are eating, you drink less alcohol, you smoke less.

So if you want my oppinion, there can be not diet with out exercise.

Well i must say its 50-50 i mean you need to do both the things,Maintain your weight and concentrate on exercise.
Diet plays an important role no doubt i mean you need to maintain what you eat you have to leave fats and too much of calories.
Do running, cycling and swimming that will help you in achieving your weight loss goal.

It is 80% nutrition and 20% exercise. I've been eating clean for almost a year now and it's my diet that has made the true difference in my journey. Since eating clean i've lost 44 pounds and i do exercise regularly. But it is your diet that will help you get over plateau's, cut fat around your midsection, etc. You really need to follow the basics to ensure you are eating the proper foods and enough food so when you do work out, you have the energy you need. So the basics:
1. 5-6 small meals a day
2. a protein and complex carb at every meal
3. 2 servings of healthy fats a day
4. 2-3 servings of carbs a day (this depends on your level of activity and what you are trying to achieve)
5. one serving of dairy a day
6. limited to NO processed foods
7. UNLIMITED veggies
8. 2 servings of fruit a day
9. WATER!!!!!

depends on your body weight really. If you'd like to loose wight maybe dieting (but not too much) and lots of exercise would be good in the beginning. After you get to where you feel good about your body weight, keeping a balanced and nutritious diet and regular exercising shall suffice.
