Last Year I changed my lifestyle which had as a result me running the Marathon and loosing 25kg.
I did the following.
1. I drink a lot of water
2. I started to walk run slowly the run and more run. After 6 months I put the aim to run the marathon. I did.
3. Eat less
4. DO NOT EAT BAD FOODS (Like white bread, sweets, sugar, etc)
5. EAT BENEFICIAL FOODS (Honey, Cinamon, Fish Oils, Olive Oil, blackberries, Salmon, Sardines etc.)
6. Make a crash diet every 6 months for a week.
I started this healthy life style by downloading the "10 ways to live a healthier life full of energy" e-book.
There is no magical prescription, just simple common sense things.
At the beginning might sound difficult but you are going to find out that they are not as difficult when you put them in your life.
