Is it even possible? Would you have to get dentures if it did happen, if it can happen?

I don't think it really"osteoporosis"per say...BUT there are osteoporotic bone changes that affect the roots of your teeth. However, your teeth will become weaker with age (I want to say that after age 35 your way more likely to suffer from cavities...but don't quote me). That is why oral health is so important. Just floss and brush and you're good to go!

It affects the bone that holds your teeth but not the teeth. It can make you more prone to perio disease or gum disease. So you may loose your teeth as a result of weaken foundation (bone)
