What's the difference between a panic attack and a anxiety attack?

Is there a difference? And please explain to me what each one is? What is a panic attack? What is a anxiety attack? Please use detail.

Not sure at all.I think one is from nerves break downs and the other is from fear.

People use the word to refer to the same thing. There is general anxiety--Just feeling anxious and worried all the time. And then there are panic attacks, which are very intense, fast feelings of panic.. They can last a few minutes, but it can feel like a long time. Sometimes it feels like you can't breathe, or like everything is spinning, or you can't stop crying...
