totally! Walks, yoga, aerobics, mom groups! For real, get out there, Just walking. My husband and I take a walk every night. We get to talk and get away!

of course, getting out always helps, catch up with a friend, go for a walk. Anything. Also try to get a couple of hours to yourself everyweek to have some you time. it is very important
