I have this disease too, and most of my immediate family also suffers. I think what's most important are the things that we avoid versus the things that we take. I would definitely cut back on caffeine, cigarettes and stimulants, especially before bedtime. Regular exercise may also help. I wish there were a good remedy out there too, and I'm interested if anybody else has a known remedy or cure.

The only thing that has helped my girl is to soak in a hot tub for a few. There is no sense in trying to sleep for your going bonkers with the legs, but A hot soak in a bathtub seems to really do the trick. Oh yea, and motrin if your not allergic to it. Should do you fine. Good luck.
