No, it is possible to have episodes of psychosis without having schizophrenia or even another mental disorder (aside from the episode of psychosis). These kinds of episodes can be brought on by stress, trauma, drug use and other things.
Bipolar disorder is characterized by having had at least one two week period of major depression and a 3-7 day episode of hypo mania or mania so, techniqueLyf a person only has two episodes in their whole life and these episodese only last the minimum number of days, they have bipolar disorder but, this is very unlikely.
Oh and depression or mania can be induced by drugs and other issues so, in that case, the person has temporary symptoms of bipolar disorder but, this person does not actually have bipolar disorder.
I don't know about disociative identity disorder.
ADHD is common in children but, most children grow out of it or learn to cope with it enough that it is no longer a problem so, in some sense and for most ADHD is temporary.
