Like.. are doctors that stupid? People who fake having it to get disability. Like.. how does the doctor not be able to tell if they are faking it?

I'd like to see this. I would think it would be difficult to fake. Many of the tests they use are very accurate, set up with scales and codes that you don't even know are there, just to see whether you're lying.

Its easy to tell, the doctor can say he is giving you medication but it will just be a placebo and if you stop acting like you have it because you think the medicine he gave you was real then he will know. Or he could just place you in a room with a psychologist ....they will find out within 10 Min's unless you truly have a psychological back up outsmarting them

You think they're just having a nice conversation with you but all the time they're assessing you and noting what you say and how you react.

I don't have schizophrenia and didn't even realize the condition I had but was just diagnosed with it after visits to Drs and other medical professionals.

I think they soon know if people are faking mental health conditions.

Also it's over a period of time. They don't diagnose things instantly. I originally went for another reason and they discovered my condition over time from that.

Psychologists are really good at this. They are trained to be able to read behavior, to understand the human mind. They do many tests, if someone has schizophrenia they will know by the symptoms. It is quite easy to fake symptoms but they know if it is true or not.
