How does someone who is struggling with self-injury find help? -

I don't know who to talk to. I am too embarassed to talk to my family or friends. How can I get help? I am 22 years old.

go to a new doctor, tell him whats going on , he will either treat you or send you to someone who can.

Talk to friends and family they will help. If you can't do that find a counselor. There are many government and church counselors to talk to for free.

i dont know cause i'm facing the same problem!!!N ya going to a doc wont do much cause i go to him too....and i'm struggling
