Default Is it possible to have a growth spurt after being sexually mature? - 01-02-2009, 12:53 PM

I was sexually mature and most of my body hair was complete by 13 1/2 and 14. I have not grown since and am 17 years old now and 5'6, which is not too short for a man but is far from being tall as well.Anyway after asking around I noticed that many members in my family, even both of my parents, grew late when they were about 17/18. Could this apply to me?? Does the fact ive been sexually mature and have had body hair for a few years reduce this chance?

You're not quite fully sexually matured, there's still some more that your body will produce. Around 18 or 19 or maybe 20 you'll get another boost of testosterone. In your 20's you'll experience stuff with your body that you wish you would have been able to do in your teens. In your 30's you'll experience stuff that you wish you would have been able to do in your teens. So you're constantly sexually maturing.
