How to prevent STDs with a former drug use? -

I've started casually dating someone who I know used to use drugs (not sure which ones). What STDs to watch out for, and what are the signs?Apparently girls don't do drugs. I'm a guy.And how do you get a drug test with someone you've gone out with twice? A little presumptuous?
Best thing to do is for both of you to get tested. Some people can be carriers of STDs with absolutely no symptoms and can still pass them on to you.Just because they were a drug user, doesn't necessarily mean that they weren't safe about it. Talk to them about it some, and get tested!
Knowing what drugs were used is important for a proper answer to your question. How certain drugs are used affects STD risk. The best thing to do is ask this person to get tested.
Suggest that both of you go get an STD screen at the health department. You should not be intimate with someone you do not trust. If you feel she is still doing drugs and not being honest with you about it, perhaps find another date.
Some STDs, including HIV, have no symptoms, so the only way to know for sure whether or not either of you is infected is for you both to get tested for all STDs, including HIV.
