Apply some cold milk with rose water and it will clear your skin and also make you beautyful.

Drink at least 8 to 10 glasses of water everyday
Stay away from fried foods, frozen foods and junk foods.
Make your diet menu healthy by including lots of fresh fruits and vegetables in to it.
Stay away from alcohol, coffee, and smoking.
Take plenty of sleep.

Breast biopsy, Pap Smears, Otoscopy, Anal fistula, Stapedectomy

For glowing skin use a nice moisturiser every day. Scrub your face gently every day with a Fruit scrub. Apply a pack made of Sandalwood powder, Rose water with Almond oil on your face. Wash after twenty minutes with icy water and pat dry. Following this method every week will give your skin a healthy glow.

Eat a healthy diet with lots of fruits, vegetables and leafy green.
Good nutrition is the basic building block of healthy skin.
Drink plenty of water every day.
Cut out skin-damaging habits like smoking, excessive drinking,
tanning booths and excessive sun exposure

quite agree with everything that has been said, just wanted to add that eating anti-oxidant foods is essential, as well as washing your skin with water or oil-based producs as opposed to alcohol-based ones. And, yes, drinking water !!
