smoking during pregnancy is also one of the bad habits which are adopted by pregnant women. According to one of the research, if smoking is avoided during the first three months of the pregnancy then all learning and behavioral patterns disorders can be avoided. The reason is that during that time period brain and spinal cord are in the development process. Risks of smoking during pregnancy includes like ectopic pregnancies, placental abruption, vaginal bleeding and greater chances of still birth. The babies born might with low birth weight or premature. They might possess birth defects and are underweight as well. Drinking plenty of water could be one of the ways to quit smoking.
