Hi,
let’s look at here ways in which you can boost your energy:
Get more sleep.
Eat more clean calories.
Exercise.
Caffeine and other stimulants up-regulate your metabolism and activate your CNS giving you a “rush” of energy.

I recently had to give up caffeine for my acid reflux. My energy levels were never that high to begin with but I made some life changes to increase them. My biggest issue was the mid afternoon lull.

The first change was to make sure I get a minimum of eight hours of sleep per night. I also found that fruit (an apple w/ skin works best for me) in the afternoon lull works great. And finally, my brother recommended and I tested and confirmed that a morning exercise routine makes for a much more energized day. I'm not doing anything crazy, a simple 2 mile walk in the morning (between taking my acid reflux meds and waiting the hour before I can eat) greatly reduces that afternoon drop in energy.

You should also consider eating more frequent but smaller meals. Usually tiredness comes about when your blood sugar drops and if you eat more often this will happen less frequently and in smaller dips.
