Hi Craig,

I lost 20kg in about 5 months by doing 2 things: Running, and stopped eating rubbish.
I ran twice a week for 7 km each run – i personally dont think that there is any activity quite like running for loosing weight. But remember if you do this, you need to eat healthy (lots of vegetables, cereals, fruits) and drink plenty of water.

The key is to have plenty of FUN doing it. Otherwise it wont last.

Weight loss is a gradual process. Don’t aspect quick results and give up. Start improving your diet plan. Eat low calories foods, foods having fiber content are good for this. Drink more water. Avoid eating junk foods and diet soda. You have to adopt good workout plan for burning calories. Cardio and stretching are helpful for you.

I think Exercise is the best way to loss our weight . So do exercise , yoga , medication and avoid heavy foods and sugarless drink remove than eat fruits and drink plenty of water .

Losing weight can actually be easy. Here some tips to weight loss fast.

1) If you need to lose weight then save for a dress or put down a house deposit, you need to work backwards from the goal.
2) Clear the clutter.
3) Eat at home more often.
4) Increase metabolism by getting more sleep.

If you burn 500 more calories than you eat every day for a week, you should lose about 1-2 pounds.

If you want to lose weight faster, you’ll need to eat less and exercise more.

For instance, if you take in 1,050 to 1,200 calories a day, and exercise for one hour per day, you could lose 3-5 pounds in the first week, or more if you weigh more than 250 pounds. It’s very important not to cut calories any further — that’s dangerous.
