Hello Guys, i found nice discussion about weight loss. now a days weight loss is am major problem. I think diet and exercise should be parallel to reduce weight, and i think cardiac exercise is the best way to reduce weight. it will help in weight loss.

If you want to losing your weight, you should take care about your diet. And do exercise and yoga on daily basis. You should take this type of diet such as:
* Take green vegetables and fresh fruit as much as possible.
* Avoid to eat oily and junk food.
* Take fruit juice and shake.

Well if you want to lose your weight just take some simple measures eat fresh food, like vegetables,foods etc and take some exercise daily its enough for you i am an example for you people.
