I want to lose some weight but i don't want to do suicide runs or 1000 pushups, could you tell me some easy ways to lose weight?

For loss your weight never follow a strict diet always have breakfast. Have a snack between meals such as fruit, or low fat yogurt. Have a good lunch with fruit & vegetables. Have a light dinner then have a snack later on. Try to exercise at least four times a week. Keep your mind relaxed. Have a massage at least once a week. Drink drink drink at least eight glasses of water every day. Try and get fresh air every day. It's permanently and effective way for loss weight.

The easiest way of weight loss is yoga and drinking lots of water. Drinking water can help you lose weight in different ways. First, thirst is often confused with hunger, and hydrating your body can often make you feel satiated.

Each and every people want good healthy life. Obesity is huge question for people. These are some ways for weight lose:

* Do not eat much oily food
* Play outdoor games
* Eat fresh food and Salad
* Do yoga,exercise and swimming

hi,
drink lots of water.
avoid junk food and alcohol.
you can also try herbal tea.
exercise regular.

take juice or drinks rich in citric.
sleep well for 7 to 8 hours
exercise smartly not hardly like running,skiping nd jogging etc
nd most imp never lose hope set targets.

Taking a jog outside is a harder exercise than the two other exercises listed but it is definitely very effective. Jogging outside for about 3 times a week for 30 minutes will definitely make you lose pounds quickly.
