1. Eat a few meals a day, no more than 100g/meal
2. include fruits
3. drink plenty of water
4. Exercise(at least walk a mile a day)
5. Don't ever stop doing so!

Try these basic steps which are very helpful in reducing the fat:

Drink Enough Water
