Hi,
Do regular exercise.
Join a gym.
Use high protein and low fats.
Eat fresh and raw vegetables and drink more water.
Diet and exercise are both can effective on weight and control your fat.
Try to eat healthy like fruits,vegetables,beans and drink more water during a day,It will help. It is best weight loss supplement.

Well agree with all those in favor of natural ways to lose weight because that is the correct way to achieve weight lose. I follow a very strict weight lose plan and lose a lot of weight naturally.

I think you should try to do some exercise and also take a lot of care about your diet. Make sure that you take low fat and carbs in your diet. Also try to drink more water and green tea to boost your metabolism. In exercise cycling and swimming are best exercise.

The best way to lose weight is exercise and yoga. Regular Exercise can maintain weight easily.
