Unhappy Obesity & Eating disorders - 05-31-2013, 01:23 AM

If a person was morbidly obese (300lbs) do you think an eating disorder (restricting calories to 500 a day) would affect them as negatively as it would an average sized person? Will it effect them negatively at all since they have so much fat storage? Speaking physically only. Assume they have struggled with the eating disorder for 10+ years, and is already suffering mentally from the disease.

Depression, anxiety, and other mood disorders are associated with both eating disorders and obesity
