If someone is interested to loss weight in a week then follow these instructions.
Drink more water
Eat less quantity food
Eat fruits and vegetables
Drink green tea
Do walk daily
Do running

The best way to lose weight is exercise and yoga. Regular Exercise can maintain weight easily.
