Most of the obesity people will think about weigh loss after they were severely effected by it. Obesity is now a major people and it can be cause for anyone at any age group. Especially it is now rapidly increasing in teenagers. Obesity mainly causes due to the excess fat stored in the body. The way of lifestyle in eating plays a major role in obesity risk. The best way to lose weight is exercise and yoga. Regular Exercise can maintain weight easily.
