I know I am going to quit smoking. It seems like just when I think I am going to be able to quit, something changes in my life and I fall right back into the usual routine of smoking. What are some ways that some of you have successfully used to quit smoking?

This worked for me, tough it out for three days without smoking then start smoking again but don’t light the cigarette and just puff on it anyways. You lose the nicotine in three days, smoking is the number 1 psychological addiction. If you puff on a non-lighted cigarette it just seems like you are smoking ultra lights.

Smoking tobacco is both a psychological habit and also physically addiction. When you smoke the cigarettes provides a temporary, addictive, high. By the smoking you get the cancer and also dangerous for the health.you’ll need to address both the habit and the addiction by changing your behaviour and dealing with nicotine withdrawal symptoms.

Go to the doctor and get some help. They can put you on a combination of a certain type of antidepressant short-term combined with the nicotine patch that makes it a LOT easier. You don’t have to do it for very long but it gets you over the hurdle of the addiction.

Smoking tobacco that is not only effected your health but also it is dangerous for your family, people and environment. If you wanna quit smoking then you can reduce the consumption of cigarette day by day. Use alternative such as e-cigarette for smoking, eat healthy food, chewing chocolate, etc. Do regular exercises and follow the instruction of addiction deliverance center or doctor.

Vaporizers also can be used as an alternative method in helping smokers to quit smoking. Toxic chemicals that smoking a cigarette releases is not emitted in a vaporizer when tobacco is added. Vaporizers provide a safer way to quit smoking by the removal of the dangerous byproducts that increase health and respiratory problems which are found in cigarette smoke……..So you can stop smoking with the help of vaporizers.

Cold Turkey. If and when YOU want to stop, you’d stop. Just make sure you want to.

Treat giving up smoking with the respect it rightly deserves. Become willing to go to any lengths to remove it from your life. If you are not willing, try praying for the willingness. This usually works.

Smoking tobacco is both a psychological habit and a physical addiction. The act of smoking is ingrained as a daily ritual and, at the same time, the nicotine from cigarettes provides a temporary, and addictive, high. Eliminating that regular fix of nicotine will cause your body to experience physical withdrawal symptoms and cravings. To successfully quit smoking, you’ll need to address both the habit and the addiction by changing your behavior and dealing with nicotine withdrawal symptoms.
