i am sure all of us know that a balanced food is good for healthy nutrition, it starts right from carbohydrate, fat, protein, and traces of vitamins and minerals. but then healthy food which is needed more is dependent on how much you work out for egg for a person with renal problem and less workout even excess proteins are not advisable. fat generally is needed only in little amounts, carbohydrate for instant energy

A balanced diet is required for proper nutrition. Basically your daily diet should include- proteins, vitamins, minerals, fiber and fats. Yup fats too. All this when done with a little bit of exercise included in your schedule could help you to lead a healthy lifestyle.A few changes in your diet can help. For instance, try including more salad and fruits in your diet. Every time during the day when you feel hungry between the meals- don’t go for chips or biscuits but try and have salad, something like a finely chopped onion, with a finely chopped tomato and cucumber with salt and lemon would be tasty and healthy and filling, all at the same time. Make sure you include a lot of juices. For instance my personal favorites are SIL juices- especially mango and mixed fruit juices. Juices are easy to digest and plus they will keep you from going weak and feeling tired. If you haven’t exercised in past. starting with a 1 hour brisk walk or a 45 minute jogging would be a place to begin from. If you purposefully avoid ghee and all to stay slim, don’t do it for a while, some fats are necessary for the proper functioning of your body.

You can also try Yoga, but you need to consult an expert at least for a month, after you learn the basic exercises you can probably do that at home, all by yourself. Good luck and all the best.
