Find out info on things like lo GI diets and find out why they work, then you can start to make your own decisions on what foods to eat instead of following a diet. Once you have some basic knowledge under your belt make a plan and follow it untill it becomes a routine.

Eat less food and exercise yourself more because it is only way for starting diet. And due to this your weight is also in control so it is the best exercise for losing weight and for starting diet.

best way to diet is eat less but frequently and exercise smartly not hardly.
keep time bound goals to achieve and according to the goals formulate your strategy.

If you are overweight, you can not wait to get rid of all excess fat. However, this is easier said than done. The agency will be difficult for you to lose weight. Ideal weight, you should go to the goal is 3-4 pounds. A week. What is more, it will be difficult to achieve.

my best list of food that burns belly fast are:
1. water
2.olive oil
3.green tea
4.ginger tea
5.turkey and chicken
6.salmon
7.skim milk
8.soups and salads
9.broccoli
10.oats.

Yeah, willpower is a must and you have to want it too. Setting a target is always a good idea too because then you are giving yourself a goal to work towards. setting approachable targets will make dieting mentally easier to cope with too!
