Drink plenty of water and eat fresh veggies and fruits. Avoid eating oily and junk food. Regular exercise may also help. Wash your face 4 to 5 times with water to keep dirt and extra oils away. Use oil free moisturizers which will not only nourish your skin, but will keep iot hydrated appropriately. Use tissues with vitamin pH which will also help nourish the healthy cells.
