You don't say for how long this has been happening or how old you are. How is your general health?
Asthma will "take your breath away"
Asthma, bronchitis, allergy to smoke, sinus or respiratory infection.
Oh, and let's not forget good old pneumonia, the sneaky kind old fashioned "Walking Pneumonia". You don't feel sick or have a fever, but your lungs are infected and filling with fluid anyway. Dangerous because by the time you do feel really sick, you are VERY SICK.
And treatment is harder longer and may not work by then.
Lung cancer takes years to develop.
Have you been smoking for 20-30 years?
Did you start young, do you smoke more than a pack a day?
How much do you smoke, do you wake up and have to have a cigarette?
Don't want to see a doctor?
Learn to care for yourself.
Coffee will slow an asthma attack and increase airflow to the lungs with just one cup.
If you do have asthma it is better to carry an prescription inhaler with you all the time.
It can mean the difference between a trip to the ER and not having to go.
