I was reading the book called "The testosterone advance plan" by Mens Health and they were talking about cholesterol intake is the building block for testosterone. I know that eggs is a good source for cholesterol. Do you think by taking 1 egg a day is good for making consist ant hormones of testosterone?

the best way to intake cholesterol is foods such as burgers or anything fried. I HIGHLY recommend an expensive trip to McDonalds or Burger King after a good workout. Also, I recommend Taco Bell after cardie

you could eat 4-5 eggs after workout without the yolks. this way you will be taking protein and just a little bit of cholesterol
